How to Delete Your Account
You can request account deletion directly within the app by following these steps:
1. Open the
Sudha Dairy And Sweets app.
2. Log in to your account.
3. Navigate to Profile.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm your request to permanently delete your account.
Once confirmed, your request will be processed according to our account deletion policy.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account?
When you request account deletion:
Your access to the application will be revoked.
Your customer profile will be removed.
Personal information associated with your account will be deleted or anonymized, where applicable.
Certain information may be retained where required by applicable laws or for legitimate business purposes, including:
Order history
Tax invoices
Payment transaction records
Refund records
Information required for legal, regulatory, or accounting compliance
Such information is retained only for the period required under applicable laws.
