Due to the perishable nature of our dairy products, sweets, and snacks, all sales are final.

Products once sold cannot be returned or exchanged.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, taste preferences, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
Customers are requested to check their order carefully at the time of delivery or store pickup.

If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or has a genuine quality issue, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order with your order details and clear photographs. Our team will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a suitable resolution at our discretion.
